Ayahuasca retreats includes one preparation session online
Taking part in this 5 days Ayahuasca Retreat you can participate in a deep process of healing, cleansing, purification; and physical, psychological and spiritual detoxification.
This retreat includes 3 ayahuasca ceremonies in our retreat house, in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. The ayahuasca ceremonies are the result of a synthesis between traditional Amazonian medicine, the wisdom of the ancestors, and psychospiritual techniques that include practices such as meditation and the use of hypnagogic light, which is a sophisticated blinking light device that helps brain to experience visionary states and other states of consciousness. Light is a device that stimulates the pineal gland and the production of endogenous DMT, generating variations in the activity of brain waves. The use of this device is complementary to the ayahuasca sessions.
One of the most important aspects during the Ayahuasca Retreats, is the support we give you during the psychospiritual counseling or Integration Therapy. It is our intention that all the participants of the ayahuasca retreats can elaborate by themselves an adequate interpretation of their own experience, and then a correct assimilation and integration of that experience, which will allow the participant to experience long-term positive effects. Therefore, we will share with you very important information to help you continue working alone in your own integration process. We will share information about some techniques you can learn, so that, you can help yourself in your spiritual and psychological training. The Ayahuasca Retreat offers an experience of healing, cleansing and purification, and at the same time, an opportunity to access to the spiritual dimension and an experience of transformation and renewal of the deep and spiritual being. For us, spiritual and psychological counseling is essential throughout the process. It is included as part of the retreat one online session 1 week prior to the retreat, and 2 ayahuasca integration sessions after the retreat.
Our Ayahuasca Retreats are with small groups, no more than 6 participants in each retreat, this help us to support you in a very personalized way.
