An Intense, Profound, and Healing Experience

Our 3-day retreat is designed for those seeking a deep and intense healing experience in a safe, responsible, and professional environment. This retreat includes participation in two Ayahuasca ceremonies.

In our ceremonies, we honor the traditional use of Ayahuasca medicine. We guide you in your process of cleansing, healing, and transformation through shamanic, energetic, and spiritual support. We deeply respect your internal process, which involves avoiding direct physical contact and unnecessary conversations during the experience to foster your introspection. We will support you using prayers, ícaros (sacred chants of Ayahuasca medicine), sopladas (with jungle perfumes and tobacco), and the use of instruments like drums and maracas.

Each ceremony lasts approximately 3 hours. Upon completion, we will ask you how you feel. If you still feel delicate or deeply immersed in your process, our experienced guides will remain with you in the temple for as long as necessary, until you recover, stabilize, and feel completely well. Only then, once you feel entirely comfortable, will you be invited to return to your room. Furthermore, you can request assistance from the guides at any time during the night, as their rooms are very close by, and they will be attentive all night.

Our methodology stands out by combining the traditional use of Ayahuasca medicine with transpersonal psychology. This comprehensive approach allows us to guide participants not only through the ceremony but also through the crucial process of making sense of the revelations received.

We firmly believe that the key element of your healing journey lies in integration. This is why our three-day retreats include an online preparation session via Google Meet to help you lay the groundwork for your journey. The day after each ceremony, you will participate in an integration session. In this supportive and reflective environment, we will collaboratively uncover the symbolic content of your experience, providing you with the tools to decode the messages of Ayahuasca.

To ensure this process is solidified, we offer an optional online integration session at any time after the retreat, allowing you to continue your integration journey. With experienced guides who are well-versed in the use of Ayahuasca medicine and in an atmosphere of respect and safety, Sapan Inka is positioned as the ideal space for those who wish to embark on a journey of deep introspection and healing.

We believe in the power of small groups. That's why our Ayahuasca retreats are limited to a maximum of 6 participants, ensuring you receive highly personalized guidance and support every step of the way.

What is included in the 3-day Ayahuasca Retreat?

Two Ayahuasca Ceremonies: Participate in two profound Ayahuasca ceremonies at our retreat house, nestled near a sacred mountain in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Our dedicated ceremonial space is a tranquil and ideal setting for your experience.
Online Preparation Session: You will receive a preparatory session online (via Google Meet) where we will provide recommendations for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual readiness.
Pandora Star Therapy: Engage in sessions with the Pandora Star Deep Trance Light Machine.
Integration and Re-elaboration Sessions: The day after each ceremony, you'll have a private conversation to discuss the symbolic contents of your experience. The goal is to help you find a way to integrate these insights into your daily life.
Specialized Meals: All meals during the retreat are vegan and made with organic vegetables. The food is carefully prepared according to the dietary recommendations for the use of master plants.
Comfortable Accommodation: You will stay in comfortable rooms with a private bathroom, hot water, and a heating system to ensure a pleasant and restful stay.
Private Transportation: On the first day of the retreat, we will arrange for a private vehicle to pick you up from your accommodation in Cusco and take you to our retreat house. On the final day, transportation will be provided to take you back to Cusco.
Post-Retreat Integration Session: You will have access to an online integration session (via Google Meet) at any time after the retreat has concluded, allowing you to continue your healing journey.

All the necessary clothes for the days of retreat. There is no laundry service.

First day
