In the middle of March, we decided to close our Ayahuasca Retreat Center, due to the emergency measures taken by the Peruvian government to confront the pandemic situation that has spread throughout the world. Therefore, faced with this circumstance, it was necessary to cancel all our Ayahuasca Retreats for all these months and we had to implement changes to our cancellation policy. Fortunately, many participants agreed to transfer their reservations and participate in another retreat at a later date, for which we are very grateful to all of them. We greatly appreciate the understanding and patience of those who have made their reservation to participate in a retreat with us and are waiting for us to reopen our doors.
Our plan is to reopen our Retreat Center in October, but that will depend on the global situation and on the way in which we decide to face this crisis. Because, for us, the most important thing is the physical and spiritual health of all of us who participate in the retreats that we organize at the Sapan Inka Retreat Center. Of course, when the time comes to receive our guests at our house, we will follow all the necessary protocols to protect everyone's health. It is our main interest that everyone who participates in a retreat feels completely safe and, once the retreat is over, be able to experience a state of health and fulfillment.
Ancestral wisdom teaches us that the state of health depends not only on external care, but mainly on being able to create a state of harmony within us and stimulate harmony between our inner world and our outer world. Harmony between body, mind and spirit. It also teaches us that inner transformation results in transformation of our environment. Therefore, the most important thing in order to achieve a state of integral health lies in an intense and committed work of inner strengthening, renewal and purification of our inner strength and energy. This transformation is the result of permanent work on the being and requires constant training of the mind and spirit and, of course, also of taking care of our sacred vehicle, our body.
Our Ayahuasca Retreats will start again once it is really the right time to start. We are now in a transition phase and we are working hard to elevate our work to a new level of experience. Now, we are working intensively to open in a parallel way our new Center for Exploration and Research of Expanded States of Consciousness: Sapan Inka. Here, initially we will offer online sessions via Zoom: Ayahuasca integration sessions, sessions of integration of Psychedelic preparation and integration sessions, and sessions for people interested in a process of personal evolution. Right now, the website of this center is under construction, probably everything will be ready in late July.
We are going through a collective crisis that has had a great impact on the way of life of billions of people across the planet. Life of society is changing profoundly. We can perceive everywhere widespread fear against to illness, death, to a world devastated economy and to the great uncertainty about what will come after this. Definitely, it is a time of change, but as it happens in all kind of crises, this change represents, at the same time, an opportunity for development, growth and evolution both individual and collectively, an opportunity to reconnect again with the harmonic movement of nature, an opportunity to tune in and synchronize with the great intelligence and the source of life and health, with the unity of the world , and entering into connection with the cosmic mind.
We hope that the doors of Sapan Inka will be opened again soon. It is our wish having again the opportunity to share with you the ancestral medicine Ayahuasca and to be able to experience together a profound healing and introspective experience. We look forward to welcoming you to our home soon.
We wish your health and we hope that the universe conspires so that you can see and find your true path.
God bless you.
