How the Program Works

The program consists of 4 virtual sessions, conducted via video calls on the Meet platform. You'll have the flexibility to coordinate the exact days and times for each session over a 3-month period, attending from the comfort of your home.

Personalized Support for Your Process

During the sessions, you'll receive assistance to address any potential psycho-spiritual disturbances that might arise after your Ayahuasca experiences. Unfortunately, not all retreat centers offer this integration support, which is crucial for achieving positive, long-term effects after the ceremonies.

We'll also help you perform a hermeneutic interpretation of your experiences, allowing you to understand the profound symbolic content you encountered in your expanded states of consciousness. Many of the contents of Ayahuasca visions are archetypal in nature and can be challenging to comprehend on your own.

Often, an Ayahuasca experience opens communication with the spiritual world—the realm of the psyche's inner images, a world of unknown forces. The language of this spiritual world is symbolic. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of this symbolic language of the psyche is essential for proper integration of the experience. In this sense, the psychotherapist is committed to accompanying you on your journey of self-discovery and the integration of your experience.

Depending on the nature of your experience, we'll recommend practices to help you channel and balance your psycho-spiritual energy. This includes guidance on an appropriate diet and bibliographic material to explore consciousness maps and psycho-spiritual techniques.

Itinerary

First session

We'll start a conversation to get to know each other and build a trusting relationship.
We'll explore the reason for your consultation. Perhaps you're looking for a deeper understanding of your Ayahuasca experience, need to resolve possible post-retreat psycho-spiritual imbalances, or wish to develop practices that facilitate integration for your personal and spiritual growth.
You'll share the details of your Ayahuasca experience, describing what you lived in your expanded states of consciousness, starting with the first ceremony if there were several.
This is where we'll begin the hermeneutic interpretation of the symbolic content that emerged during your journey.

Second session

We'll continue to unravel the symbolic content that emerged during your Ayahuasca ceremonies. We'll explore your visions and experiences through the lens of maps of the deep psyche (like C.G. Jung's), seeking universal patterns and personal meanings that help you make sense of what you lived.
The goal of this session is to find a profound meaning in your Ayahuasca experience and understand how it connects with your daily life. We'll work to transform these deep insights into concrete actions, shifts in perspective, and greater well-being in your relationships, work, and life purpose.

Third session

We'll continue working on the interpretation of your experiences and strategies for bringing them into your daily life, aiming for long-term positive effects.
We'll offer assistance to help you navigate and resolve any confusion, anxiety, or disorientation that might arise post-experience, facilitating a smooth and constructive "landing" process.

Fourth session

We'll recommend and explain in detail specific practices designed to help you channel and balance your psycho-spiritual energy, fostering inner harmony. You'll learn about different systems and techniques.
We'll provide guidance on an appropriate diet to support your integration and offer selected bibliographic material so you can continue your journey of self-discovery and psycho-spiritual development.
